Cancellations before arrival

If you prepaid where permitted, cancellation windows follow the text printed on your booking document or the desk policy active on that date.

During or after the visit

Requests for review are handled case by case. Staff may ask for time and date, payment reference, and a short factual description of the issue.

Chargebacks

Card issuers offer separate dispute paths. Using them does not pause internal review; outcomes may differ between channels.
